Oh boy, school's a drag...as to be expected. I went on a trip with Amnesty called "Get On The Bus" in NYC on Friday. It was a really fun time and a good experience to have. I'd like to go to events like that more often. There is nothing better then standing up for something you believe in. On Wednesday, I have another trip to NYC! I am going with the drama club to see 'Dirty Rotten Scundrels'. It should be another fun day. At least it breaks up the week.
I love it when you discover new music. There is nothing sweeter then finding a song that just hits all the right chords. It really makes for a good night...just listening to something so good.

So spring break was a success, I guess. I mean nothing to irrational happened but I guess that was to be expected. I think it served as the relaxing hiatus I was hoping for. It was kind of hard getting back into the swing of things today but not terribly hard.
I hate when I have "things" hovering over me. Like laundry & schoolwork to get done and other "things" amongst those tasks. I think this week isn't going to be that bad though. On Friday I have a trip for school and well Wednesday I was invited to a Phillies game but I don't think that I will be going. Next week I have another trip to NYC with the drama club. Sometimes I don't know if missing all this school makes things easier or more complicated.
Luckily its almost May, and that marks less then 2 months until graduation. It all makes for an exciting time...I guess. Seems as if my graduation extravaganza is still on. It seems like its my dads current thing to bug me about. Looks as if he is already hassaling me about invitations!
Also, today I was writing an e-mail...an e-mail that I wasn't sure if I wanted to write, I might add. And well, as I was writing it, I got kicked off the internet. I know that happens a lot but for some reason I am thinking this happened because I wasn't supposed to send that e-mail.
Ok well, I better get a move on with my Sunday night rituals and try to find something nice to wear for school tomorrow. After all, this is going to be a long night trying to fall asleep after the past few late nights I've had. Chiao!

Today I had a good day. It was refreshing and made me realize what I like about myself and life. Everyone needs that.
I think I might list, I guess, what made today different.
-I killed an ant this morning and it made me sad.
-I wore a skirt with a band-aid on my leg from shaving and I didn't care because it made it feel better.
-I listened to a great cd on the way to school and sang the whole way there.
-I put a lot of work into my Euro study guide and it actually helped me on the quiz.
-I got a 100 on my Bio test again and I wasn't embarassed.
-I handed in my money to go on the drama trip.
-I participated a whole lot in our English discussion.
-I had a great talk about life in senior court today.
-I still try to pay attention in Math because I feel bad for Dave.
-I went to the Amnesty meeting after school and I am able to go on the trip.
-I went to the library to get books I have been meaning to read, and even though they didn't have them, I found equally as good books.
-I came right home and started reading outside.
-I don't have homework to worry about.
-I helped my brother.
-I saw litter on the road and it made me sad and reminds me that I am glad that I care about the enviornment.
-I picked up a lady bug...that means good luck.
-My dad and I actually spoke humanely about college.
-I might do my laundry for once.
-I can listen to my iPod in my room and be on the computer at the same time.
-I got cards in the mail from my Grandmom today after having just sent her out one yesterday.
-Last night I watched 'Stepmom' until 12:30am and it was worth it.
-Tomorrow begins SPRING BREAK!
And for so many other reasons, I am thankful for today and every day. Days like today remind me that everyday is a good day but some days are better then others.
Make sure you call me over the break, it may be short but we don't have a lot of time left.

So its the day before opening night! Grease is almost coming to an end and I am quite sad about that. As slow as it started in the beginning, it really picked up. I will miss hanging out with everyone after school and especially miss being on stage! I am going to be terribly bored when its over! School is becoming such a drag lately. Honestly, it can't get anymore boring and I can't possibly pay any less attention. Especially 4th and 5th period...they just go on forever and all I do is sit there and daydream.
Drama is coming to a close soon. It all seems to have gone by so fast. Seems like it was just last week that we were blocking the first scenes. I pray that hell week isn't too hellish and I hope people come out to the show and enjoy it. At least I know my friends will be there. :)
Relationships are so confusing and feelings are too. I just don't feel like caring right now. Things are too fun.
I think I may go read a magazine or something...instead of doing real homework or whatever.

Man, my dad and I had a huge blow out about PSU this week. It sucked a lot. I don't feel like dealing with him or college. Can't I just go there? Why does money have to be the root of all evil? Why!
I don't feel like going to drama today or any day because I have been so tired lately. Maybe it is just the winter blues because everyone seems to be feeling a little under the weather. But nonetheless, I really don't feel like dancing around the stage for 2 hours. Gahd.
Oh yeah, another bomb scare yesterday. Our school could really benefit from some long term planning. It would be nice if the procedure for lockdowns and bomb scares was the same every time.
AND...Of course last night I was all excited to watch Project Runway and see Danny V's amazing collection, ya know...and well I watched it and it wasn't amazing. Tim Gunn shot his stuff down and it made me really sad. Maybe its just to throw the viewers off so its not "so obvious" that he is the winner and wonderful? Lets hope!

First off, yesterday's birthday was wonderful. I had a really nice day. I would like to thank all my lovely friends for making it that way. They really didn't have to do anything but of course that had to be super sweet and do so.
The day started off with my dad laying out a card for me in the morning at breakfast. He got me an $80 gift certificate to Strands where I get my hair done and gave me $20 in cash also. Then I went to school and was greeted by some nice birthday wishes. Jackie was very cute and gave me a gift card to Gap (which will be put to good use!). Maureen, of course, made a big fuss over my birthday so I am sure everyone knew!! So I went through pretty much the rest of the day unbothered...except for French where they sang happy birthday to me. After school I went over to Candace's house and Maureen came over and they gave me my gift. They both chipped in to get me a lovely little brown D&B wristlet, which of course, I love. It was very thoughtful and nice of them to do that for me. Later on after dinner my dad went to take out the huge ice cream cake he bought me but it had melted. He left it in the refrigerator. Silly. Later on Chris stopped by and gave me this wonderfully obnoxious cookie gift basket and after that Candace and I went to the mall. I bought a necklace for myself at the jewelry store and also bought the Rent DVD (YEAAAH!). Turns out when I got home my dad had bought another ice cream cake for me, which of course he really didn't have to do at all. But it was sweet. I then watched the Rent DVD and was off to sleep.
Therefore, my 18th birthday was very low-key and relaxing. Thats all I could have asked for. Oh yeah, I forgot about Hooters. That is an experience in itself just going there. For I will never forget standing on a bar stool in front of oggly-eyed men! ;P

Sitting here, 6th period in the library...study hall...and I thought I'd just babble about useless things on here instead of doing anything remotely productive. Although, with the lack of updates I have produced recently, one might consider this babble as productive.
A lot has been going on lately. Seems as though with the middle of our graduating year approaching, everyone is in the midst of a mid senior year crisis. Everyone is sort of struggling with different problems, yet, they all seem to be interrelated. Myself , personally, have been juggling relationship issues here and at home. My dad and I haven't really been on the same page for mostly my whole life but for somethings I felt like there was some sort of equilibrium but lately I am thinking that was some sort of figment of my imagination, that I was just hoping to be apparent. I believe though that things will ultimately work themselves out and that I will end up at Penn State. For I believe that some things are, pardon my cliche, but destiny. I think that sometimes you just know what is right for you and I really think that I was meant to go there.
Next week, Tuesday, to be exact...happens to be my 18th birthday! I can't really say that I am too excited this year. I mean, yes, birthdays loose their excitement as you grow older but some are supposed to be more special then others. I guess we are too caught up in our everyday grind to celebrate fully everyone's big 18th birthdays this year. Unfortunately, I have been feeling awfully materialistic lately and would really love for my dad to remember that is is my birthday this year and shower me with expensive jewelry from Tiffany's. Ha, wouldn't that be nice? I don't think he even knows what Tiffany's is. And its not alright to ask for something like that, right? Its ok though. He will remember when I remind him...Monday.
Ok so now is when I go off on my rampant tangent about Project Runway, which no one will bother to read. I am very much in love with the show and really do enjoy watching the designers put together a piece within a 2 day spand. But really, I am just so enthralled by the unique personalities of the contestants. Like honestly, where do they find these people? Maybe you have to go to NY or design school to find such wacky personalities but I'd really like to find some around here to keep myself entertained daily. I so amazed by how someone can be so good looking, funny, and talented...aka Daniel Vosivik. He's my new crush. Even if he is gay. It doesn't matter. I know we are meant for each other. Here's to hoping he wins! Oh and like my new icon? Its Tim Gunn, also the sexiest man ever from PR. Where's Andrae?
So hopefully all this will suffice. I seem to be running out of time, since this period ends in 10 minutes. Maybe I'll update in another few weeks during another study hall or something.

This break was short to say the least. For I am sad it has to end. I hung out with my family majority of the time. I also did quite a bit of shopping and returning. It stinks I didn't get a chance to hang with everyone though, there just wasn't enough time in the day.
New Years was nice...as usual. It is always a nice time to spend conversing about everything and anything all night long.

A lot of things are going on right. Many minor things and such that don't quite matter but some heavier things too. Somehow though, I am content with my life. It has been a breeze lately and I am really enjoying it.
I need to run again. It would make me feel better.
Although I have a lot to accomplish over this small break, I am looking forward to the few days off. Hopefully I will spend all the time I need with my friends. Thanksgiving will be a bust; what a terrible holiday.
I can't wait for the first week of December because my aunt is coming and we are shopping till we drop! What fun!!

Yeseterday my brother had a bomb scare at the school and now he has to go to school today with no book bag, a clear plastic bag for his lunch, and no jacket. It seems a little ridiculous. I mean, what is this world coming to.
Tonight I have to go to a practice with my brother for his conformation. Couldn't someone else have been his sponsor? I am lazy. Now I can't go to mock trial on Thrus because of this. Darn it. Oh and Linda is going. Necessary? I think not...
Ah and crap I spilled my juice on my khaki pants this morning and I am not about to change them because I really don't have the time. See this is why I never bought them before and well now I did and they are difficult to wear because they get stained and ruined easily.
I am really tired today and I don't know if I can do school.

School has been very time consuming. Time is flying by. I guess its a good and bad thing. I certainly can't believe that cross country is coming to an end. Last year's season felt like it lasted forever and this year's seems like it never exsisted. I can't believe that mock trial starts next week either. It seems like it was just last year. I don't even get to soak things up anymore, I just do. I think I am becoming a robot.
This weekend I move my old furniture out and bring in the new. Well, semi-new. I go from my deceased nana's old furniture to my grandparent's furniture. Whatever, it rules. I personally don't think it will look good until we find the time to give my room a new paint job. Plus, I need to clean this room out before Sat and I don't know if that is possible. My room is a pig stye and has more junk in it than you can imagine.
I still have the paint on my car from the pep rally and it really needs to come off.
I used to really like the cold weather but now that its getting cooler and I am always freezing and it's odd.
I am changing. I think I grew up more in like the last 2 months. Weird.

So school rules pretty much. Its insanely stressful and I can't wait for this week to be over. Cross country is a mess but I still love my girls anways.

So I quit LTD2...well put in my two weeks. It was just too much. There is no way in hell I could do that plus school, plus sports, plus clubs, plus Dangelo's so I had to quit! Its okay though, retail is definately not my thing. Some of the girls were really nice but some of them were pretty annoying. Plus my manager sucked so that never helps.
I started cross country on Monday. It has been pretty easy so far. I think its because this is my fourth year doing it. None of the work outs are unexpected and I know whats to come. Its tough though because we only have 5 girls. I wish freshman would come out. I love the girls to death but we need more. What is going to happen next year? I don't think there will even be a team. It stinks too that all the guys are gone, besides a select few. I really miss them all already and its just the beginning. Hopefully things will get a little more exciting once school starts.
Today I bought Almost Famous! I am siked because you can't not own your favorite movie, I was getting tired of renting it. I really wanted to buy a few more DVDs including Stepmom, Saved, and The Virgin Suicides but I didn't have the funds. Anyone want to buy me them and help me expand my DVD collection? Oh yeah, I really want Season 2 of The OC too so that too!
I downloaded Limewire and now I keep downloading illegal music. Its making my computer suck too so I really need to delete it.
I keep spending money on food. Esp. at WAWA but I can't stop!
Tonight I had to say goodbye to Jake! I missed hanging with him all summer so it was dissapointing. I wish things could have been on better terms but at least we had the time we did. I am going to miss all my buddies in college but at least they will be back to visit soon enough!!
I am pretty much almost done my school work but I just need to read history. Anyone want to get together? I need some help on like 5 math problems too...
I can't go to sleep anymore until at least 3am and I can't wake up before 12:30pm. I don't know how I am going to break this habit before school. It seems like 9am is so insanely early anymore. Oh man.
